One‐Dimensional Gel Electrophoresis of Proteins is a research paper published in Current Protocols in Immunology (1991). On theSindex it has a DataRank of 2.0. It has been cited 19 times, with 19 citing works in its 1-hop citation network.
AbstractThis unit provides several methods for one‐dimensional gel electrophoresis of proteins. The basic protocol is the standard method used for gel electrophoresis under denaturing conditions. The first alternate protocol provides conditions used for nondenaturing gel electrophoresis. Gradient gels are described and resolve a much wider molecular‐weight range of proteins on a single gel. Minigels, both single‐concentration and gradient, are also described.

Ranked by citation count — the same ordering the engine uses when summing log1p(Cq) over citers.
DataRank blends this paper's own citation count with the influence of the papers that cite it. Here, roughly 23% comes from its base citations and 77% from the citation network (18 citing papers contributed measurable signal).
Citers are pulled from OpenAlex sorted by cited_by_count:descand capped per paper, so when the cap binds we keep the highest-signal references and the score is reproducible across reruns.
